DCD Company Product Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:
Our inventory tracking is kept up-to-date and we do not allow for backorders. Our general policy is to process and ship your order within 1 business day of purchase. This may be extended due to an extenuating circumstance (such as during major holidays or unforeseen system outages).
Domestic Shipping:
Domestic orders default to a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping and handling. We typically ship packages using USPS Ground Advantage or use First-Class with Tracking for smaller envelopes. You have the option to choose expedited shipping options at additional expense; however, as transit times are managed by the USPS and external factors can cause delays, we cannot guarantee the delivery speed of expedited services. Typical time from order to delivery in the US is 2-7 business days.
Tracking:
If you provide your email to us at checkout, we will send you the tracking number when the order has shipped (i.e., when it has been physically picked up by or dropped off with the carrier).
International Shipping:
For our customers outside the US, we recommend International USPS Priority with Tracking. It has been our experience that UPS and other shipping companies often apply additional hidden handling fees that increase the total cost to the customer. Please note that all international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
Third-Party/Curated Items:
The shipping policy described above applies only to items from our own DCD product catalog. Items in our Terrain Mats and Campaign Components collections are curated from other companies on the Shopify Network. While purchasing through our site flows automatically as a purchase on their site, their individual shipping policies apply to those items.
