1. 30-Day Return Window

Our standard return policy is 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. For orders shipped to addresses outside the United States and U.S. territories, the return window is extended to 45 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. You must also include your Order Number and Name within the returned package for identification.

2. Initiation and Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@dirtcheapdungeons.com.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items valued over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of any uninsured or untracked return shipments.

3. Damages, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

• Manufacturing Defects: We only offer direct replacements for items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors. If only individual components are defective, we will, at our discretion, send only the replacement part(s) to expedite the resolution.
• Exchange for Different Product: If you simply want a different item, the fastest way to proceed is to return the unwanted item for a refund (per our standard returns process) and place a separate, new order for the desired product.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain items. Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards.
• Custom-ordered parts (if applicable).
• "Final Sale" or clearance items (if applicable).

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received and approved.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5 business days of the approval date. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.
